1. Excellent corrosion resistance: Titanium metal itself has extremely strong corrosion resistance and can withstand corrosive media such as strong acids (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid), strong bases, organic solvents, and chloride ions.
2. High temperature resistance and thermal stability: It can operate stably for a long time at extreme temperatures ranging from -200 ℃ to 500 ℃. The porous structure formed by sintering process is not easily deformed or broken at high temperatures.
3. High filtration accuracy and uniform pore size: By adjusting the particle size of titanium powder and sintering process, the pore size of the filter element can be precisely controlled within the range of 0.1-100 μ m to meet different precision requirements.
4. High mechanical strength and impact resistance: The sintering process forms metallurgical bonds between titanium particles, and the filter element has high compressive strength (up to 10MPa or more), which is not easily damaged by pressure fluctuations or mechanical impacts.
