1. Disassembling the oil filter element: First, remove the hydraulic oil/lubricating oil filter element. Before disassembling the oil filter element, it is necessary to confirm whether there is oil in the oil circuit. If there is, it is necessary to insert an oil hole plug or drain the oil according to the method shown in the manual before disassembling the filter element.
2. Cleaning the oil filter: Place the oil filter in a professional cleaner, a spray cleaner can spray cleaning agent, while an ultrasonic cleaner requires the use of liquid vibration for cleaning. Let the cleaner run for a period of time until the filter element is clean.
3. Post cleaning inspection: Use a 30x magnifying glass gun to check the cleanliness of the interior, exterior, and surface of each filter element.
4. Alkaline washing: Place the filter element into a high-temperature cleaning vehicle, and hang a corrosion test piece throughout the washing process to detect the corrosion of the solution on the filter element. Add various alkaline solutions and cleaning agents (such as NaOH, NaCO3, etc.) to remove excessive oil stains, coke, and other impurities from the vibrating iron core. Meanwhile, raise the temperature to 90-105 ℃ and maintain it for 24-48 hours.
5. Soak in CCL: After alkaline washing, put the hydraulic oil filter element into CCL car wash solution, clean the asphalt and coke powder passing through the tank filter element, and wash at room temperature for 20-24 hours to allow the washing solution to penetrate every tiny corner, gradually reducing dirt to zero.
6. Pickling: After soaking in CCL, put the filter element into a cleaning car, heat it to 120-130 ℃, soak it for 4-8 hours, remove carbon deposits from the material, and then rinse it with pressure regulating spray equipment. Flush each tube of the filter element from the inside out. The cleaning time for each tube is 30 minutes, and all filter elements have been cleaned.
7. Acid washing: After soaking in CCL, put the filter element into the cleaning car, raise the temperature to 120-130 ℃, soak for 4-8 hours, remove carbon deposits from the material, then rinse with pressure regulating spray equipment, and rinse the filter element with water after passing through the tank. Rinse each tube of the filter element from the inside out. The cleaning time for each tube is 30 minutes, and all filter elements are cleaned thoroughly.
8. Drying: Place the cleaned hydraulic oil filter element in a drying oven for 2-3 hours.
9. Assembly: Assemble the dried hydraulic oil filter back into its original mechanical components, ensuring the integrity of the sealing ring and the reliability of the connection during installation.
10. Inspection: After assembly, it is necessary to inspect the hydraulic oil filter element to ensure its normal operation.
