1. Prepare tools: Prepare sandpaper (or scouring pad) and water.

2. Remove the filter element: Close the inlet valve of the water purifier, turn on the faucet, drain the water, and then remove the ceramic filter element.

3. Cleaning the filter element: Gently scrub the surface of the filter element with sandpaper (or scouring pad) under flowing tap water to remove dirt and impurities from the surface. Be careful not to apply too much force to avoid damaging the filter structure.

4. Rinse the filter element: Rinse the cleaned filter element thoroughly under clean water to ensure that all dirt is washed away.

5. Install filter element: Reinstall the cleaned filter element back into the water purifier, ensuring correct installation and no water leakage.
