1、 The material quality is not up to standard

The quality of stainless steel sintered filter element directly affects its filtration effect and service life. If the material quality is not up to standard, it will lead to problems such as uneven pore size, uneven material, and weak welding of the filter element, which will affect the effectiveness and service life of the filter element.

2、 Poor condition of filter media

2. Regularly maintain and clean the filter element, remove the filter layer, reduce the resistance of the filter element, and extend the service life of the filter element.

3. Choose appropriate filter cartridges according to different usage environments and take preventive measures to reduce the impact of external forces and chemical corrosion.
